Just noticed Green Man Gaming have this up for preorder, their Facebook coupon code lasts until the 24th so you can get this very cheap.
The only downside is it doesn't look like its a Steam cd-key, but because its very likely to be $44 AUD on Steam with the 10% discount this is a very good deal.
