Target (Canberra Civic but maybe other locations) women's scarves from $2.28

The missus was shopping for those thin silky scarves tonight and wondered into Target. She picked up one with a $17 price tag and for some reason decided to run it through the price scanner. It came up with $3.88. She picked a few more she liked and scanned them, all coming up with a discount price. There was no signage in store.
