It's not released until tomorrow, and I have also confirmed it with 2 other EB's.
FYI the trade in value for the Kinect is $65, but you could probably sell it for around $100.
Gears would probably trade for around $40(?), so if you wanted just the 250GB console, you could trade both the Kinect and Gears and have the console for about $290, or if selling privately, you could end up with the console for about $250.
